A/C was not working properly, so be careful in summertime. There was a water cut (whole neighbourhood), electricity cut (not sure the scope) The balcony shown in the ad isn't accessible The land lady came and interrupted us many times as there were still little fixes she was dealing with.
RSApartment is nice, clean, very clean, large, well-equipped kitchen, modern bathroom and additional toilet. Self-check in very convenient. Metro station is 10 minutes' walk from the apartment.
Street parking is impossible to find, and it is limited to 3h.
PTPTConvenient location, self check in and very comfortable beds. Extra bathroom is handy. Everything is clean and there were coffee capsules. Kitchen is very complete.

CACommunication was horrible. It advertised an airplane shuttle. So when I inquired about setting that up for our departure time, I was told to get a taxi or uber. The entire reason we chose this place was because we thought there would be an airport shuttle. There are so many nicer better places than this for the same price that you can take a uber to the airport. The host told me about tourist tax and how much it was (an additional cost that wasn't disclosed before) AFTER I left. The other places we stayed in Portugal didn't charge this as an additional fee (we stayed in 3 other places) Very frustrating and a pain to figure out once we already left the country and the host was very rude in communication about it all. The location was a very sketchy area. I'm glad we didn't stay longer. Choose somewhere else. This is not worth the money.
