HUThe beds were extremely comfortable, the apartment was very clean.
USGreat location close to Public transport and the airport. The neighborhood had many great pastelarias and Cervejarias. I even had a great Chinese meal right down the street. The hot water took a little getting used to. It was a tankless heater that ran out real quick, but if you just stopped it for a little while, it was fine. Isabel took me on a little tour when I got there and showed me how to get to Metro and bus, Vasco Da Gama Mall, and Praça da Nacoes, which was a really nice walk from the apartment. Be sure you have good non-skid shoes in Lisbon!!!!! And watch the ground!
I couldn't figure out how to work the heater. I did not contact Isabel, and she would have showed me how to work it.

ROPropriety was clean.
The apartment was clean and equiped. Well positioned as near by the 728 bus station, but far away from the Lisboa City Center where you have to travel almost 30 minutes by bus or metro. As negative aspects: The only things which I didn’t like was the communication with the host (response time a bit long, I asked something they response something else. Extracharge for two childrens (3 years old) I want to mention that they sleep with us into the same bed, is not as they bring extra bed for our children. Was an extra fee of 60 eur for 2 nights. A little bit arrogant host, sincerely if our plane was not delayed we had search for another accomodation. But was late and I cannot keep my small children awake to search accomodation in another place and also loose the money because they request the payment in advance. This will be a leason learned to not pay accomodation in advance with no reimbursement policy into the customer favor.
