The Bay Filey Holiday Village by Away Resorts

We enjoyed our holiday the apartment had everything we required it was clean and comfortable the staff were very friendly and helpful would go again 😀 joy and malcolm.j

The look and feel of the village was lovely, all the grounds were kept really well. Our apartment was very clean and well kept. The kitchen was well equipped and had all that we needed. The bed was comfortable. Reception staff were friendly and helpful as were the staff at the John Paul Jones.

The living space could do with dressing up a bit. Perhaps a rug or another lamp would help. A couple of extra pillows would be a bonus. We may have been able to ask at reception but we didn't. Food at the John Paul Jones was excellent but the place itself looked a bit tired, looks like it needs some tlc. Also we planned on going for breakfast when we were leaving as it said online they opened at 9 but when we went, the sign said they actually opened at 11.30. Disappointing.

Cobwebs everywhere. Mould and dirt in most rooms. Very dated and tired looking. Property full of flies when we arrived

Well kept village, staff great, good location. Holiday cottage was just what we needed. Could not fault cottage
