The Bay Filey Holiday Village by Away Resorts

It was easily accessible for everything within the bay at Filey

The whole apartment was well worn The bed was not comfortable at all No towels supplied only tea towel No Hairdryer and No iron or ironing board which when I have stayed before have all been supplied either by the site or the owner We had to get security to show us how the lock worked As was sticking and need to fiddle about with the key So that needs attention also the inside door to the apartment was left open and unlocked We where in apartment 50 on the Parade and yes appreciate that people staying over time things get damaged but we did enjoy our stay but feel that I needed to point out the things that need sorting out before the long summer rental the price was reasonable for the 4 days we had there over the bank holiday We had some great weather too Lynn Reynolds

The accommodation was great, everything we needed The staff were attentive The app was good to communicate with the reception and book activities

I struggled to cancel a swim booking in the app.

Rude receptionist Very little hot water. Dirty and messy apartment upon arrival despite being 'serviced' N9 cl3an replacement towels

quiet and comfortable . plenty of parking, well equipped kitchen. Good WiFi and Internet TV.

It would have been useful to have had a small coffee table in the lounge or a small nest of tables and an extra table lamp.
