USThe floors were grimy & made our feet dirty in our room, so we had to use our borrowed pool towles as rugs. The air vents were covered in dust, we're both sick as a result. Bathroom shower exhaust vent didn't work, bathroom linens were stained/dirty, and there's only a tiny shelf in the actual shower so plan on putting your toiletries on the floor. You will hear every door close, every foot step in the rooms above you, and every conversation had in the hall, so bring a white noise machine, or two. We heard of others requesting linens & them never arriving and trashcans being taken out of rooms by house keeping that were never returned. Calling the front desk from my room ended up giving the error signal, so I had to go down each time I needed something. The back half of the resort was under construction which we were not informed about and at least two elevators were always out of service. Hotel pool was so slimey my wife slipped on the first step and caught herself on the fourth. Overall, the resort we hoped to enjoy a honeymoon in, ultimately became a crash pad. We did not enjoy our stay and felt the need to get out of our room and away from the resort as much as possible.

Confusion at check-in with finding our reservation- ten minutes, no rinse stations for sandy feet, no hassle-free wifi, no coffee until 8:00, no easy access to beach, no microwave oven, twenty-five dollar parking fee, Loud behaviors nextdoor until at least midnight, check-out hassle because our receipt was not e-mailed causing us to re-visit our check-out. Overall exorbitantly priced for amenities and service provided.

Disappointed the main restaurant was closed but local restaurants worked just as well Housekeeping got a very low rating. First day no room cleanup. Day 2 only bed made after we complained. Day 3 housekeeping there at 9 am. Too early. But room finally made up properly and clean towels. FYI we did not expect daily sheet changes, but bed made, fresh towels if needed and trash removal.
