Nothing was clean, it was very dirty, from the elevator to the room itself.

Let me say bill the beach guy is the best dose his job is happy above n beyond for my family Monday was a great beach day then Tuesday a different guy not so nice n we had to wait over 30 min for him to even show up at the beach hut for chairs it was all ready noon
CELESTE and CARLOS were great with everything since we went 2 times. Thanks guys!! Great smile and very accommodating from the moment we checked in to the moment we needed help with checkout. Security guards are very tentative and truly their for safety with the ability to be great help getting around if needed ! Thank the gentlemen from Nicaragua that worked the nights to cover. The location is perfect and the renovations that have been made are great for any type of vacation. More to come we saw which we will be back to experience ! We went 2 times in a 10 day period and the staff were super hospitable. Definitely recommend this location! I was impressed and we truly got the time we needed to decompress and immerse ourselves here!

Construction was occurring that we did not expect. Despite the noise and appearance, the hotel functioned well.
USSirata Beach Resort St. Pete Hilton charges you huge room rates. You book Sunday checkin through Thursday checkout. Go to the pool to relax on Wed. and go to your room and find out they have locked your room and have checked you OUT!! All our stuff is in the room. Then they say we were checked out. Blamed it on a 3rd party reservation, although we booked through their website. Our room faced the water and extensive construction going on from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm. Noise of machinery and hammers the whole time. Complete and utter RIP OFF!! Don’t stay at Sirata Hilton Resort St. Pete Beach or any other Hilton. Horrible experience and front desk people terrible and rude. NEVER AGAIN!!!
Great laid back place, good food, beach front
Had a snack and drinks on the Rum Runner's patio. Susie was our server. She was attentive, friendly, and suggested some fantastic menu items.
Absolutely lovely, our server Susie was super helpful and tell us know about fun and cool stuff to do locally
