Run Runners was delicious. Everyone was so nice especially Susie. Lots of renovations and construction. When the place is done, it will be fantastic!

Dirty rooms, piss dried under seats, hair in the shower...

After a disappointing stay at an Orlando resort last year, I was honestly hesitant to give Florida another shot. I’m so glad I did. From the moment I arrived at the Rum Runners Bar & Grill at Sirata Beach Resort, JC and Dom completely changed the tone of my entire trip. Their warmth, genuine hospitality, and welcoming energy were exactly what I needed. They didn’t just serve me — they made me feel like family. That’s a rare thing, and it doesn’t go unnoticed. Thanks to them, what could have been just another vacation ended on an absolutely high note. In fact, their exceptional service made the decision to rebook a no-brainer. I’m already planning to return in August with my kids and the whole family — and that’s a direct reflection of the experience JC and Dom created. If you’re on the fence about where to stay in St. Pete Beach, Sirata is the answer. And even if you’re just passing through, do yourself a favor and stop by Rum Runners to see JC and Dom. They are the definition of what great hospitality looks like. Hats off to two truly outstanding individuals. They made my experience flawless, and I couldn’t be more grateful.

In process of remodeling room was not clean

Lina was amazing. She took such good care of us; she was so compassionate and welcoming. She deserves a raise. We are the reason we will be back.

We had a great time at the Sirata for a friends wedding! Rooms were nice, service was excellent, especially Mark at the front desk. He was incredibly accommodating and went out of his way to make sure our time on our last day before our evening flight was well spent. He was happy and quick to help which was appreciated and made our stay that much better. Thanks Mark!!

This is always our go to spot when we visit st Pete's . They have super friendly staff , great food and a great pool area with full service for food and drinks .

Booked two nights at this hotel. We are very disappointed do to the following. First of all there is major construction being done on both sides of the hotel. No place on their website is this mentioned. Lots of noise. The are building Hallways and common areas in need of deep cleaning. They charge $25 a day for parking but dont advertise it. The gates leading onto the property are open and unmanned so anyone can park for free but if you are a registered guest there is a daily fee. How fair is that. When you call from your room to the desk No one answers the phone. The pool area is ok. The beach behind the hotel has a hut for chairs. The have the nerve to charge $95 for two chairs and an umbrella on there property. Its a good location and they charge a good amount for the room but the extras are outrageous. Won't stay there again. This hotel does not maintain the good standards for a Hilton hotel.

Everyone was GREAT here. Susie was awesome! From the front desk to the Rum Runners staff. Accommodations were clean and comfortable. Love this place and definitely be back.
