Staff were professional and helpful. Shelly, Manager, assisted with resolving a room reservation upon arrival. Our room was not available due to construction and Shelly found us an acceptable alternative immediately. Soecual thank you to Susie and Lina. They both were friendly and accommodating staff at the restaurant and bar.

Construction delays caused rooming issues.

The beach and views were beautiful. The pool was nice but crowded. The pool bar and grill had great food and drinks. Service was good there. My room was spacious and clean.

Only one elevator was working so you had to wait for ever. Most of the family and friends had to wait hours for their rooms. Which was hectic as we were there for a wedding. Also our toilet didn't work right and it took hours to get someone to fix it. Thankfully we got the kids ready in my parents room. The price is a bit expensive, I would expect quicker resolutions and a working elevators.

When we checked in, we didn't receive a card to access towels. The cost to rent beach umbrellas & chairs was pricey as well as parking fee. Construction was a little noisy. However, the beach was beautiful & clean. Also, the restaurant staff was friendly and attentive.

Wonderful atmosphere, I had so much fun. The service was great, especially Dominick JC. He was very knowledgeable and helpful deciding what drink to get. Definitely recommend, for the service and drinks!

I would not recommend staying here. Sirata seems to forget they are far from the only option on the beach, and unfortunately the experience reflected that. The biggest issue started with the booking itself. What is advertised online is not what you actually receive. Like many other reviewers have mentioned, the property is under construction, yet this is not clearly disclosed. We were placed in Building 4, which felt outdated, poorly maintained, and in need of significant repairs. Calling it a “resort” felt misleading because very few actual resort-level amenities or services were offered. Despite charging nightly parking fees, the front gate was unattended. There was no valet service, no bellhop, no concierge, and very little hospitality overall. When I simply asked for a luggage cart, I was told security might be able to help. The front desk manager made the experience even worse. She was rude, dismissive, and repeatedly shifted blame to the third-party booking company instead of addressing our concerns. At one point, while my wife was on the phone with the booking agency trying to resolve the issue, the manager informed us we needed to vacate the room because our reservation had supposedly been canceled. That turned out to be inaccurate, and we had to contact the booking company again so they could correct the misunderstanding directly with her. She appeared very practiced at deflecting responsibility rather than solving problems. Another odd part of the experience was how staff repeatedly emphasized that the white building was a “Hilton property” while the yellow buildings were somehow separate “for now.” As a longtime Hilton member, that distinction felt unprofessional and conveniently used to excuse the condition and service issues. The restaurant experience was not much better. At Rum Runners, we stood waiting for several minutes at a “seat yourself” area while tables were being cleared. Instead of helping, a staff member approached only to condescendingly point at the sign. Meanwhile, the servers themselves were clearly working hard and doing their best under difficult circumstances. Honestly, I felt bad for them because they seemed understaffed and unsupported. This property may have potential someday, but right now it feels disorganized, poorly managed, and nowhere near the resort experience it advertises.
