Under construction, price is a little high for what you get. Basically a small crowded room. Amenities are blah, elevator was half working, some rooms are outside not inside.

Not enough beds for our families, shower leaked onto bathroom floor.
USUSRooms were beautiful and recently renovated. My mom's handicap accessible room on the first level was amazing, as was the balcony King suite that my husband and I stayed in.
Housekeeping not very responsive, but we talked to the front desk and they assisted and even gave us a monetary credit toward our stay which was much appreciated.

USThe room I reserved with a non-refundable clause was NOT available. I was not aware until I was checked in. Supposedly unfinished construction was the cause but I’m pretty sure they would have known that prior to my arrival. The 1st room they tried to give me did not even have a patio. The second had a patio no ocean front for me. I was offered $75 a day for use on the property and $45 a day refund for the resort fee. I really didn’t have a choice but to accept the offer
