J avais hesite à réserver suite aux mauvaises notes ... mais quelle agréable surprise ! Hébergement spacieux et propre Bien équipé Au calme Bonne literie Vue sur le mont fuji Et que dire des installations extérieures ! Jaccuzi et sauna !! Alors je n ai pas testé le sauna mais Jaccuzi super ! Et il y a une place de parking Je ne comprends pas les avis défavorables Alors oui l escalier est un peu raide mais pour avoir traverser le japon et pris d autres hébergements celui ci va plutôt bien et n est pas dangereux.

My sister and I spend 3 nights here, during our 3 weeks trip through Japan. The house is really comfortable with a kitchen and living room with Netflix (also English possible). The staff is really friendly as they were able to pick us up with the shuttle more early, both when we arrived and with the departure. They answer quickly in the chat. As we were in Kawaguchiko outside the high season, it was nice to have a whole house where we could cook and chill in the evening. A hike and bicycle tour around the lake are really recommended!

It was a bit cold in the hallway, but all rooms have good heaters.

location is very nearby to supermarket and many attractions. The house is fully equipped with all amenities and necessities.

The electric heater keeps shutting down automatically.

The bed is comfy

The house doesn’t have any name or signage so it was confusing at first. Also far from the station. Their pick up service is unavailable. And the guy i was talking to the phone sounds mad

Good location, cute space. Very convenient to have bikes too. Didn’t try the jacuzzi and sauna but it’s nice to have the option. The toilets were a fun attraction.

The walls were very thin, and each time a car would pass near the house, it would shake a bit. A light in the living room also make a tiny noise when a car passes. The stairs are also dangerous by being so cramped.

Spacious bedroom and living room. Bright and modern interior. Coffee machine and large parking space available. Free bicycle to use.

The stairs is very very steep. Bathroom looks old compared to other area. No hanger in bathroom. Cleanliness can be improved, a few dead insects were found. Kitchen smells bad.
