The house was in a great location, with plenty of space and facilities. We had no problems finding it or entering and it was clean and well prepared on our arrival.

The stairs are perilous and while the bathroom, Japanese bedroom and kitchen are on the ground floor, the Western bedroom and lounge are upstairs and I wouldn't recommend it for people who might struggle with a very steep, very narrow stairway.

リビングは2階ですが、トイレやシンクが1階にしかないので不便でした。 建て付けが悪いのか、車が通るたび、ガタガタ音がするので気になりました。 Netflix見放題となっていましたが、見れずがっかりしました。

大人数だったので、普通の風呂では、給湯器のパワーが不足していると感じたが、メンバーの半数以上がサウナに満足していたので、よかった。2階との間の階段が急なので、年寄りには注意が必要だった。

Quite neighbourhood

Property was not clean, check in was difficult, very steep dangerous stairs, sauna and hot tub in the garden no privacy from road and all sitting on gravel and weeds

It was clean and we had a good view of Mt. Fuji.

When we arrived the staff didn’t know about us bring a dog in the property event though we already notified them days before. It seems that they don’t know how to handle sudden changes in your reservation. But regardless the stay was really good.

Need a hanging rack at shower, cannot find a hanging rack to put my clothes.

施設方からのご連絡は、すぐにメールがこまめにきてよかった。 備品等も不自由なくは一応揃っていた。 申し訳ありませんが施設内がカビ臭くて 特に１Ｆキッチン、和室、お風呂は 最悪でした。 ２Ｆは家具等ベッドもキレイで快適でしたが。 お風呂のリフォーム希望。

The view from the terrace is amazing! The beds were comfy (even the gauch in the living room). We stayed just over one night, so I am not able to say more.

The air conditioner upstairs is quite loud. As the others says, the stairs are very steep. And I feel, that check in at 4 pm and check out at 10 am is not very comfortable, especially if you want spend just one night there (as we spent), but of course, it is just small thing.
