Haluk and Nana were amazing hosts who took really good care of me on my first solo trip. Haluk took me around Nungwi and introduced me to locals and facilities as well as sharing facts and tips about my stay in zanzibar. The staff were friendly and food was great.

Its a shame I wasn't able to spend more than 8 days as I would want to stay longer next time with Haluk and Nana and the team but sadly work calls. So nothing I didnt like about my booking.

The owners of this place are just wonderful, they are warm and welcoming, we felt very safe and loved to stay here! The food was great and also the dessert is very recommendable :) We loved all the animals walking around, every chicken has her own story. There were also 5 kitten and their mother, it was great fun to watch them run around and play together! We would recommend this place to everyone going to Nungwi!

The owners of the property are so amazing and the stuff too.Always going an extra mile to help you know Nungwi,take you to the places you are unsure of..giving good tips on how to navigate people and the area..Just amazing!

Carpe Diem is the place to stay in nungwi. Haluk and Nana are just amazing hosts! We got so many tips and help for our stay, it was super friendly of them. Also the place is really perfect, the rooms are big and clean. We also had dinner and the aubergine salad is really tasty as well as the avocado juice! Last but not least, Haluk helped us to find a good transportation to the other side of the island. Everyone is so friendly at Carpe Diem.
