Our stay at Carpe Diem was exactly what we wanted, thanks to the very nice and friendly owners - Haluk and Nana. They provided us with the most important information, advice, and even suggestions on how to make the most of our time there, all at affordable prices. They also advised us on how to interact with the locals and how to select the tour offers that are truly worthwhile. This was the best service we could have received. The room was very spacious, the bed very comfortable, and the breakfast/meals were delicious. The terrace is the perfect place to retreat from the sun when you need a break and a coffee/cold beer. 😊 We are very grateful that we met Haluk and Nana, who were available at any time for any request or discussion. We highly recommend Carpe Diem. Thank you very much, Haluk and Nana, for everything! 🤗

"Enjoyed a pleasant stay."

The owners are attentive and welcoming. The place features a small cozy yard, proximity to the beach, daily breakfast, a fan and WiFi.

While my room was nice, it had a mold issue, and the toilet in the bathroom needs fixing. It would be beneficial to have the room cleaned on a daily basis.

The hotel eas very clean.The food they prepared was very delicious.The owners are very kind and helpful.They helped us to arrange daily tours and airport transport.Nana and Haluk were perfect people.Carpe diem was like our second house in Zanzibar.

It’s simple comforts, when you arrive in a new country a warm welcome and comfortable surroundings is exactly what you receive here.

If you want Beachfront it’s not this but it’s only a few mins walk from the Beach. I wasn’t looking for this so to be in the village was fine.
