This is not a suite it is a motel we feel like we were deceived Entry an bathroom doors dirty Shower curtain rusted Small hole in wall at head of bed Pitted rust of refrigerator door water faucet handle fall off in my hand No room service at all

This was, by far, one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at. They had lost hour prior to us, checking in. They said they would call us when the power came back on, then the guy that took our number went home for the day and we never got a call. When we checked in, the key card machine was not working. So they told us they would bring us a key once it got back up and working again. Thank God we were only there for one night, because we never did get a key to our room. There were no dishes in the room and the floor was filthy.

The space of the room and ease of booking were very nice.. but the lack of people skills by staff and having very few mini amenities was depressing to say the least. Also coincidentally food delivery was a nightmare here. And finding the front door from the parking lot entrance was a maze.
