"I feel like it was false advertising and I I will not stay there again."

The location of where I needed to go was pretty convenient.

I didn’t like that the room I booked almost 3 weeks in advance was sold out when I got there and my room had no shower curtain in it and the towels were kind of dirty. The walls were pretty then and I could hear everyone’s conversations which made for a restless night.

"I will never book a reservation again"

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!

My reservation was canceled according to property management a pipe burst in the room. My reservation was cancelled at 8:00 am that morning on Mother’s Day weekend for her say I called my sister property and they were all booked. And stated she did her part and sorry for any inconvenience

Did not stay. I Got A Refund. Room was disgusting. Not cleaned or anything.

The furniture was stained, room smelled, dirty, uncomfortable to stay in. Checked out immediately, property said they would approve refund, needed to contact booking.com

The nonsmoking room smelled so bad a smoke I had to get Lysol and a smoke candle. Floor so dirty I had to clean it with dawn and towels were black when I was done hair all in shower just the worst hotel . Wish I could upload the picture

I would never stay here again. The staff was nice and friendly. HOWEVER. THE ROOM AND THE FURNITURE WAS NASTY. The bad thing about it, is the staff knows it.
