"Nice play to stay making it easy to get around, good gas prices right by the hotel,"

Friendly staff, nice facility, easy to get around New Orleans from this location ( especially since I am originally from there). Food was good the one night we got a meal there. Gym was clean and easy to use. Cleaning staff helpful when I needed something.

One day i did have an issue with the shower that the handle did not seem to get to the hot water right away. Other times it was fine.

"Not a great experience!"

It was quiet .

When I arrived, the manager didn’t give me the keys of the room because on the booking registration it was my husband’s first name . The last name was right , I had the booking reservation with my picture on it . It was 11 pm, I was tired , the receptionist was very sorry for me. This is not acceptable. Also the room has not been made during our stay.
