The hotel appeared to be in a safe area. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. They did have a restaurant and a snack corner, a pool, and gym area.

When I arrived it took 45 minutes for check in because they said they had not been paid by Booking and that I had to call Booking, I explained I had paid through booking, but they said they didn't receive payment. So I had to first start with a chat box in booking and then I was given a number to call and the Booking representative called the hotel while I was on hold and then the hotel staff came back and said we found the payment...

The location is great. Parking is free and appears to be safe. The room was very quiet and clean. Some of the staff were friendly and attentive. After issues on day 2, the staff on day 3 was great - helpful and engaged.

My request for housekeeping on day 2 was ignored. When we returned from a long, exhausting day (not doing fun tourist stuff) and needed towels and coffee, the front desk said they would be promptly delivered. They never arrived. We also had an issue with an Uber Eats order being left on a table in the lobby instead of properly delivered and a less than helpful desk clerk. The room was uncomfortably humid. The AC and fan didn’t remove the moisture, leaving us with damp sheets.
