"Cash the manager really saved the day for me, my wife and newborn baby. Thank you for being understanding"

I had an emergency stay that I needed from Tuesday until Friday and they did not have enough rooms to go that many days so we booked it for 2 days and we booked another stay for three more days lasting till friday. The manager Cash was his name saved us over $100 by transferring the room without charging us an early check in fee, and made it where we didn't have to transfer rooms with the new booking. He also found the best rate based off of discounts that we were trying to use. Saved me and my wife and my newborn baby tons of time and money and stress. Thank you so much Cash. Because of this experience I signed up to be a member and I will be staying at comfort inn hotels as much as possible for the rest of our traveling experiences.

Nothing, everything was broken and looked trashy

The person who was in charge of breakfast worn pj and kept touching hair, wiping nose and didn’t wear gloves gross!!

Good breakfast as always

Trash outside needs picked up. Room that was used was redone badly. Poor workmanship. This motel needs a serious upgrade done by professionals. Not amateurs. I had to bend down to look into the mirror in the bathroom. Really?
