Ballard's

I guess we chose the perfect day to go to Ballards. Last Saturday was the bomb (July 19). It was my second time visiting but this time was totally different. The place was sooo busy but yet great service. Neosha was our server. She was very attentive & jovial with an excited spirit. I’ll definetly ask for her my next visit. Food & everything was phenomenal ❤️.

The property definitely is the place to be for the beach and drinks. breakfast was delicious but lunch/dinner not worth it. room was dirty/poorly maintained for the price.

It’s been years I’ve been in this industry & rarely met server who really sparks my eyes. Patient, sweet , jovial, attentive & calm that’s exactly who Neosha is. The food was amazing but with that type of service everything just seems right . Great job 👏

I went to Ballards for my anniversary . Firstly our server Neosha was soooo welcoming & jovial. She first say happy anniversary surprisingly , and recommended the dishes & complimentary drinks that best suited our occasion. Everything was great. Neosha will definitely let me come back to Ballards. Her smile captures the moment & how helpful & knowledgeable she were . We love you girl

Neosha was extremely a great marketer . She recommended many different dishes & cocktails we could try. We even went over our budget lol but it was worth it . This place is amazing. I had the coconut shrimp and flatbread for apps & steamed lobster for entree ,The mega mudslide ,Coconut mojito , tropical pain killer & many others . With Neosha vibrant personality & pleasant smile we felt very welcome & comfortable. Her hair was nicely done which we loved . She’s so cute. We love you Neosha!!! See you soon cutie

Terrica, Cheryl, lotoya, gave the best service I could have asked for. Great staff. Great time. Coming back next year for sure!!! Those girls are the definition of going above and beyond!! The beach is perfect, and the food is delicious. Just a great time overall.

Service and food were both absolutely amazing! Our server Ricardo was very kind, helpful, and attentive. The other wait staff was also just as friendly. Can’t wait to come back here again!

Enjoyed our stay. Staying in the hotel you should be given a discount on beach chairs.
