Great bathroom. Modern rooms are rare on VI, this one is really nice. Limited parking, but street parking available.

It was a great stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location couldn't have been more ideal. And the beach was amazing.

They were amazing! Steve was great! Came here for a company outing, couldn't have been happier! We had very fast service, and the food was absolutely isnane! Thanks again everyone here! Make sure you try the tomahawk! Out of this world! Thank you!!!!

Loved our stay.

Great restaurant right on the beach. Huge interior, but eat outside if you can, the view is amazing. Clam chowder was tasty and full of clams, but not hot enough (temperature-wise, that is). Their lobster flatbread special looked amazing. Lobster roll was absolutely overflowing with lobster. Crispy fish tacos were large, and loaded with nice things like fresh avocado slices. Yummy. Our server and staff were incredibly friendly and attentive.

Place is just awesome! Right next to the ferry. Place is expensive, but so is all of Block Island. Ballards never disappoints!!!

Lorena is the best bartender I have ever experienced when coming to block island. !!!! She makes you feel like family . I am a bartender myself (over 17 years) and she honestly makes you feel like you have known her for years. Made our day! 💛💛💛

Terrible customer service

Really nice hotel with very friendly staff. The room was great and being right at the marina and having the beach and restaurants on site make this property perfect for a family weekend trip.

Awesome Ewart is the best. He was very friendly and made great conversation with my friends and I. He is awesome next time you go to Ballards beach ask for Ewart. I need 200 characters woo woo just writing random for now woooooooooooooooooooooo
