Please note that only weekly housekeeping services are provided. For a stay of 8 nights or longer, the provided weekly cleaning service includes dusting, vacuuming, emptying the trash, cleaning the bathroom, cleaning the kitchen and more. Fresh towels and linen can be exchanged at the front desk at any time. Additional housekeeping services are available for an additional fee. The grab-and-go breakfast served includes breakfast bars, muffins, mini doughnuts, coffee, and tea only. A valid credit card is required at check-in for payment, cash is not accepted. No-Pets Allowed. All pre-paid reservations will require an incidental deposit of 100 USD - Cash only. A Debit or Credit Card is required for a 50 USD, Incidental Deposit at the time of check-in. A valid bank-issued Debit or Credit Card with ID is required upon check-in. Cardholder must be present with a physical Identification Card or Debit Card with Chip and Identification Card at the time of check-in, copies not accepted. The hotel does not accept Google Pay, Apple Pay, Cash, Pre-Paid Cards, Gift Cards, or any Nameless Cards. Credit Card provided will be authorized 24 hours prior to arrival to confirm a guaranteed reservation. Declined Credit Cards Reservations will be canceled. Early Check-In Fee of 20 USD prior to 3:00 PM; Late Check-Out Fee of 20 USD after 11:00 AM. All guests must vacate by 3:00 PM if payment for upcoming night is not received.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. "V day nightmare"

Upon walking in, the lobby smelled like cigarettes. The lady at the counter was listening to unedited hip hop music from her cell phone on speaker. I told her I had a reservation. I had already paid for the room through booking.com. She charged me for the room again, along with a 100 dollar deposit. I stood at the counter for about 20 minutes waiting on her to give me my room key. I get the key, go to the elevator and there is trash in the elevator. we get to the second floor and stepping off the elevator the smell of cigarettes on the second floor is so strong, it smelled like I was standing next to someone who was smoking. we get to our room and the room also smells like cigarette smoke. There are no smoking signs on every door. There is I think chocolate or something brown on the wall in the bathroom, the doors to the cabinet to the kitchenette is coming off the wall, and there is mold all over the side of the fridge. This was the first and last time I will ever stay here.
