Dirty, very unkept. Holes in walls, lights did not work in part of the room. The room was completely infested with roaches. I slept for just a few hours and was ready to get out.

Nothing, absolutely nothing. I didn’t even get a chance to stay there.

They lied. The guy in the wheelchair behind the desk allowed me to check out room before completing the check in process. 1st room was stinking, had a very bad odor room 127. 2nd room 122, had trash in the sink, the counter was dirty with stains. I wouldn’t let my dead cat stay there. The same guy at the desk, told me to have booking.com reach out to them and they would confirm that the rooms were the way they were so that I could get my money back. Booking reached out to them and they denied the situation and now I can’t get my money back.

I was happy with the hot water in the shower. The coffee was very good. The night we stayed here, it was pretty quiet. The night desk clerk and the morning desk clerk were friendly.

I believe this was the dirtiest place I’ve ever stayed. There was a big, cut toenail on the floor. There was dirt in the corners of the room. There were cigarette burns on the bathroom counter and on the bed cover. The room had a bad odor of smoke throughout. There was a hole in the arm of the couch. There was no trash can in the room. The air conditioning vent was filthy. There was something green hanging underneath the microwave.

Earlier than expected checkout

Paying $500 with $100 deposit to find the entire place filthy. Check-in staff was rude. When I was checking in, the staff member stopped to help other people midway. That was unprofessional and charged me for my service animal when they weren't supposed to. The hallway and room reaked of cigarette smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. The doors wouldn't shut fully. Had to slam it. There were bugs The garbage was overflowing. And there was no breakfast the next morning though there was supposed to be. Ultimate disappointment. Stayed one night, checked out the next day. I'm waiting for my partial refund.
