The rate was the main reason for picking this location, and how close it was to the attractions we were visiting. We were only staying for one night. Very well lit parking lot and stairs. Not many people staying here so the parking was ample. Big Rooms. Hot showers. clean towels. Quiet for being spring break which was nice. We felt pretty safe staying here. Easy to get in and out of the location.

I only have a couple of complaints. First would be the AC wasn't very cold which didn't bother us too much since we stayed in March. I would be leaving a very different review (a bad one) if it were dead of summer. Second complaint would be the floors were pretty dirty. They seemed swept, but definitely not mopped. Room could be cleaner for sure.

Clean.

Very low water pressure. Loud intrusive neighbors. Wi-Fi didn’t work properly. Someone (had to have had a working key card) tried to get into our room at 5 am, we had the sign on the door that we didn’t need cleaning service, luckily we had the deadbolt locked. Staff didn’t seem concerned when notified. Beds were comfortable though.

No breakfast. Coffee was single-serve and there were only 2 cups of coffee available. Lobby wasn't open. Just disappointing when compared to what other hotels at the same price point offer.
