Holiday Inn Express Tucson-Airport by IHG

Muy buen hotel por el precio. Tiene refrigerador, horno de microonda y una pequena alberca, un peque;o gimnasio. Incluye desayuno mini buffete. Incluye omelet, jugo y leche. Pan, cereal y tortitas de carne. Lo unico que no me gusto es que no hay botellas de agua de cortesia y si quieres necestias compralo. Y lo peor es que el agua del lavabo sale completamente agua. El personal dice que es por lo minerales y que es muy segura. Fuera de eso muy recomendable. El hotel muy bonito bien cuidado

It's like you didn't leave home staff is the most professional they go out of there way to accommodate you and your family is not the first time I stayed at a Holiday inn Express any time I need a hotel I look for a Holiday Inn Express because I know if I book with them I don't have to worry!!

We chose this location because it was minutes from the airport and halfway between the east and west sides of Saguaro National park, the reason for our visit. The desk staff were very friendly, both on the phone before we came and at the hotel. We booked through USAA and got a great rate and an upgrade to a lovely third floor suite which was very roomy. We saw construction workers on the main but we never heard them. The housekeeping staff did a wonderful job and our room and the halls were immaculate. We were delighted that our room was cleaned with new linens and towels each night! The complimentary breakfast was excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

I liked how accessible the property is. I loved the service, and the staff were amazing. However, had I known that the renovations were in work during my stay, I would have booked somewhere else. That information should have been available on Expedia so customers can make informed choices. Also, the renovation is more of a remodel. Mostly cosmetic upgrades and updates. The bathroom light and fan are still on the same switch instead of separate switches, and the fan is like having a little jet engine whining above your head while sitting on the toilet. It's 2025, and still no smart tv or shower wand. If those doesn't bother you, then you'll probably be alright.

The refirb made the breakfast area the lobby and was pretty compressed.

The only complaint I have is the grounds were extremely dirty and the halls smelled very bad. The free breakfast was phenomenal and the buffet lady was terrific. When we arrived the front desk lady was very polite and even took a moment to play with my dog, he loved her. And the bed was very comfortable, we were disappointed with the TV, it seemed very low quality. We always had stayed in Holiday Inns for over 40 years and will continue. I was very disappointed with Tucson as a whole, the city seems dirty with a lot of debris everywhere. We will never be back to Tucson.

Clean the hallway and carpet, make sure the side doors are locked and clean the property, especially in the back of the building it’s disgusting.
