"Gross. Where is my refund?"

Room was trashed, unfit for habitation. Maybe ok if i were paying $300 per month but not $291 per night. Left after first minute, waiting for my refund

"The worst ever"

I had plans to call you, and ask for a full refund. I placed this hotel, and it does not match what there picture on wed is. The place was awful, the person was not helpfull. there were cucaroches inside, there was grass growing inside the molding, the celing was coming apart, I have picture of the shower area. this is the worst my husband and son have seen. They die not leave because they drove after work on a friday, and the time was around 8:30pmt, they had late check in. I'm sorry, I want a full refund, they even left early because they could not sleep because of the situation.

everything. nothing was good. To much of nature was inside the room, totally unhappy and they were going to sleep int he truck is how bad it was, but they were so tired. But let first thing, Evverything, the floors, the top blanket, I have a video of this which i can add. I will call to figure how to send video, it won't download.
