Excellent location and very comfortable rooms.

The room service was patchy - misunderstood orders and cold food but reception were quick to respond and offered a discount so that was good.

The staff is great!

No breakfast

Room was lovely and the most comfortable bed and bedding. Coffee service on my floor each morning was delightful! The staff was excellent

The only little thing was the dispensers in the shower were difficult to get product out

Location ONLY

Hotel is a little bit run down. Looks like an old facility that enjoys being on a great location. That is it. Overpaid BIG TIME. The price is crazy for a very so so hotel, AC was noisy, a convention going on eating in the stairs, elevator are 100 years old.

Big problem at this hotel: the heat does not work. I reserved a two room suite and arrived at 10:45pm and when I turned on the thermostat (one of two as the suite had two rooms (#319), only cold air blew. in the second room of the two room suite, the heat went on for 5-7 minutes and then would shut off even with the thermostat set at the highest temperature setting. The following day I reported the problem to the front desk (face-to-face) and they said they would fix the problem. The following night I returned to a cold room, same problem - heaters not working in either room of the two room suite.
