First room they gave was JUST slept in, but I arrived at night...

I stayed here last minute for a basketball tournament, but the photos online were very misleading. Although the gentleman at the front desk was friendly, the room itself was disappointing. There were water stains around the shower, exposed wiring in the main area, and a strong smell of cigarette smoke. The hot water was not working properly, which made the stay even less comfortable. To top it off, I woke up to roaches climbing the walls and along the baseboards. I only stayed one night, and I would not recommend this hotel. The pictures are truly a false advertisement.

The pics are not an honest view. The ac did not work the manager cut the elevator off late at night. There was no breakfast although posted. People sitting around on the outside of the building looked like addicts of some sort. Curtains were broken and there were several small holes in the walls of the room!

Everything was great

It was so hot, covers dirty, shower dirty. Everything was a mess

Was told I could check in early and when I arrived, the man at the front told me I had to wait 14 hours. So I slept in my car and they provided no refunds.

I am still here but expedia asked me to review and I will. Staff is generally nice,it's just the overnight gentleman that gets a bit grumpy. The room is great,you can tell the room is newly renovated, clean,big tv,comfortable bed. My room did not have a microwave. I don't understand you spend alot of money in renovations and don't buy microwaves. Its hidden in the back so its quiet. I seen in some reviews that the hallways smell like weed,they do,but staff has opened the windows in the hallway to get rid of the smell. Worth the money.

Well the room was supposed to be a pet friendly room but after being there two days the said I had to pay a pet fee . The room didn’t have a microwave or mini fridge. There was not breakfast. I tried to get my money back for the remaining days and could not. So I won’t be going there again or using you guys again

The only positive about this property is that the room APPEARED clean. There is NO breakfast, that is a lie. There is a VERY basic coffee station. The older gentleman on night shift was unkind and unhelpful. I was told I couldn’t have batteries for my remote so no tv for me while I was there. My bathroom had no toilet paper in it which is so basic. This hotel fails on all levels.
