Not good

Obvious addicts going in unlocked back doors. Reaks of cigarette smoke, rooms in need of repair. Very unsafe feelings around this hotel. We immediately checked back out and found a new hotel down the road that told us this was a common occurrence.

I will not be staying at this hotel again. I booked for two nights but left after one. It was not refundable but my family refused to stay another night. We got a 3 bed two bathroom suite and had multiple issues. One bathrooms shower was broken and not useable, ants in the window seal and bathroom, walls where dirts, carpets didn’t look vacuumed all the way, as well as the couch was dirt. The mattresses where uncomfortable to sleep on. The next morning a hotel service member asked if we needed anything, I asked to for the room the be cleaned and fresh towels however when we returned to the room that evening no one cleaned the room or brought towels. These are just a few issues we had I decided to pack up my family and get a room elsewhere. This was the worst hotel experience.

I should have taken it as a sign when the front desk lady told me "your in the hood" as my first red flag to turn and run. The doors in both rooms had been visibly kicked off their hinges previously and had been just barely screwed back on to close. Had to put the ironing board in front of the door in an attempt to get a good enough lock to keep our family safe for just a few hours. There was filth all over the walls, food residue, smudges on the bathroom walls that I don't even want to know what it was. There were stains EVERYWHERE. 3 of the 4 lamps either didn't have a shade on them or the shade looked like it had been crumpled up and thrown and was also covered in filth. The beds were "made" and had literal stains and what appeared to be blood and body fluids on them. We didn't even feel comfortable even attempting to get under the blankets and had to go purchase our own just to try to get a few hours of sleep. Was great staying in a "suite" for a family of 5 and all having to cram into the only bed that looked halfway decent. There were literally "workers of the night" outside trying to run games on the people that were staying on the property. 1000000% will NEVER be back to this property and honestly just thanking God we made it out without being robbed or contracting some type disease from the room.

Check in was great! Sam was very nice and she had a lot of information about local establishments and activities readily available. My daughter and I had an early morning so we got to our room and went right to bed. We left at about 6 am for a soccer game and when we returned I was able to observe the true state of our room. There were bed bugs, the flooring was chipped and folding up, causing a trip hazard. There were clumps of mud/dirt throughout the room. The sink leaked onto the floor. The smoke alarm, the fire sprinkler and exhaust vent in the bathroom were detached from the wall. The exhaust fan was also not functional. The shower curtain had mold as well as dried blood on it. The bathroom door was cracked, the entire width. There were numerous holes in the walls. The wash cloth rack in the tub was gone. The tub basin was what I believed to be burn marks along the edge, the full length. There was a black bag on top of the microwave, my assumption was the hairdryer. When I picked up the bag it was not the right weight/size for a hairdryer. Within the bag were numerous glass devices, that based on my training and experience as a law enforcement officer, were commonly used to ingest narcotics, such as methamphetamines. Many of these devices contained a white powdery residue, that also resembled methamphetamines. When I brought the concerns to the attention of the on duty desk person (Saturday 5/24, AM), she was very rude and condescending. She stated that I was lying to her, then stated that I did not know what I was talking about. I had to further explain that many things that I had observed, such as the sprinkler and smoke alarm, were considered life safety hazards, to which she obviously did not care, and also stated that I was not being truthful, nor knew what I was talking about. To the point I became angered enough to reveal that I have been a law enforcement officer for many years and for the last 4+ years a fire marshal, proving that I did in fact know my concerns and observations were valid. I would recommend that this hotel be closed and fixed! I will also be forwarding the photographs and these concerns to local law enforcement as well as the fire marshal for the area, so as the life safety concerns can be resolved. I am hopeful your company resolves these issues prior to the loss of life. With the documentation I have, no matter the cause of a fire. If the unfortunate event occurs and life is lost, it will be an easy lawsuit for the grieving family to win against this Days Inn.

We walked into the room and immediately tripped over the broken tiles. Then noticed that the smoke detector was broken and hanging half off the wall. The bed was broken down and making noise. The window, which opened up to a roof ledge that someone could come through, the latch would not close. We were about in tears since this was supposed to be our anniversary weekend. Do not come here unless you want to just party and not sleep.

The hotel was not at all as it was advertised. I booked a 2 queen non-smoking room. The room reeked of smoke. Every blanket was covered in burn holes. The shower hadn't been cleaned and still had someones hair on the shower wall. Ceiling pant was falling off. Window seal was broken. Microwave had been through WWII. There were ants coming from God knows where. Service was decent. Breakfast wasn't that great, but the waffles were good.

Ants galore, broken furniture, smoke smell, broken tv, broken shower, horrible beds, and no coffee refilled even after several guests asked

We recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, it didn’t quite meet our expectations. The room was not very clean - we found hair and an old bar of soap in the shower, and there were noticeable spills on the walls that hadn’t been cleaned. The room also had a strong smell of smoke and mildew, which made it uncomfortable to spend time in. The overall condition of the hotel was run down, and it’s located in a neighborhood that felt a bit sketchy, especially after dark. That said, the bed was surprisingly comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Ultimately, you get what you pay for. If you’re just looking for a place to sleep and don’t mind rough edges, it might work for you but if cleanliness and a sense of safety are priorities, this may not be the best choice.

My first room, in the first floor, had a broken window whichncould be opened from the outside. When i notifed the desk, the immediately moved .e to a different room.
