Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Kansas City South

The hotel was dirty and in need of renovations. I had 6 people in my suite and was only provided 3 towels. When I requested more, I was told they were completely out of towels. Unacceptable. No water or juices in the breakfast bar. Juice machine was broken, water was not provided.

This place is dirty, filthy, disgusting, stinks, reeks of cigarette smoke. We stayed because it was so close to my son’s new house. Absolutely abysmal- I don’t know how it ever passed any health inspection and cannot believe it is a Wyndham property. It doesn’t deserve any stars .

It needs to be totally redone, bottom of bed destroyed, smoke alarm falling off wall, ceiling in room falling down, tv did not work, halls had marijuna smell, carpet was filthy, walls damaged everywhere, tile off wall in one spot & more, breakfast terrible, no tea, no eggs, no yogarts, no fruit.

This property was simply gross. Felt more like a crack house than any Days Inn I've ever stayed at.

They didnt clean room. Once i got bit idk how many times by god knows what I had to keep asking for a clean towel And the place smelled. Bad

Registration was messed up. Went to room it was occupied by someone else. Carpet in room was dirty. Went to Missouri for my sister who was ill. Tryed to get refund for the second night because she was released from hospital. Motel refused to give a refund because we booked online.

There was mold under the bed, a dead bug stuck in the ceiling, burn holes in the bed sheet, no towels, and the water from the faucet was a trickle.

After i stood at the front counter for 13mins i Wasn't allowed to check in and i didn't get a refund so im out of 162.52 the lady at the desk was very rude i would not recommend this place

I was very skeptical when I arrived at the hotel as the appearance was less than inviting. The building requires maintenance. I was told I needed to put up a $100 cash deposit, I was flabbergasted. Never have I experienced that before in all my years of travel. (I am in my 70's.) Fortunately, and to my surprise, the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nothing but carbs. I have enough of my own food to have a healthy breakfast.
