The service was

Staff were very helpful and kind. This location is very rin down. Plugs don't work, holes in furniture and bedding, stained carpets, missing tile, sink and tub didn't drain. Room smelled. The only thing that made it bearable was staff attempting to do what they could to fix things

Door to room was damaged and hard to open and close. Floor was some kind of laminiate. Water was seeping up through the concrete below the laminate floor and casuing the floor to be wet, slippery, and probably covered with bacteria. Facility overall was run down and outdated. Walls were thin allowing noise from hallway and other rooms to filter in all the time. Morning staff that prepared the meal was rude, difficult, and the meal was terrible.

Hotel was overall okay for a one night stay. Staff was very friendly. Be wary that property smells like smoke/weed. Overall, hotel was quiet for a weekday. Breakfast was very limited. if you are looking for a pet friendly hotel- this is not your place as they no longer accept pets as of january 2025.

Great stay

This is the underbelly of society. Gathering my luggage and stepped on dog sh@t immediately. Walked in, so much chaos in the lobby. The room had a phone but it didn’t work. The air conditioner louder than a helicopter along with the light in the bathroom. I had to go to the front desk to ask for an iron and she promised to bring me one. The iron never came. I had an important day. I understand that there are some places that I should not have higher hopes for my experience. And This proved it. It was gross and I would not recommend at all. It’s the underbelly at society.

There was no mention of a deposit of 100 dollars when I booked the room, it was refunded upon checking out but still very inconvenient when you didn’t know beforehand. The room was disgusting. The toilet paper was wet with the wrapping still around it, they only gave us one bath towel for 2 guests. The sheets were full of cigarette burns, and it was a non smoking room, the towel holder fell off the wall just by taking the towel off of it. One of the lamp shades looked like it had mold and mildew all over it. The furnace made a horrible noise all night long. There was no juice or water bottles offered at breakfast.

This hotel is absolutely disgusting. It smells really bad, the front desk agent and other employees were unprofessional. Upon entering the room there was urine in the toilet, hair in and around the tub, the walls were filthy, the lamp shades were extremely stained and broken. The refrigerator was dirty as well as the microwave. There was open used soap at the sink. The floor had a large red stain and the sofa was completely stained and filthy. The bed and pillow cases were dirty and dingy. That place needs up be demolished. Horrible horrible smell. Checked in and out within 30 minutes. DO NOT STAY HERE. There was absolutely no concern from staff as to why we were checking out. I forgot to mention, they charge $100 cash deposit!!!!

I realize it’s a smoking facility. That hotel is so ghetto. They have smelly stinking dogs living there. It’s dirty and it stinks. Every time we go it’s always something wrong with our room. The only reason I go there is bc my boyfriend smokes. This is a Kansas City apartment. Not a hotel for travelers. Our hotel door didn’t lock how unsafe is that. And when we report it to the front desk she said oh it’s an old building. Days inn doesn’t even offer points for the next stay or anything they just say thank you for your review. Y’all suck.

Horrible stay but you get what you pay for but I’ve stayed at other hotels this cheap and they have been way better!!! 2nd floor is the smoking floor and if you are going to stay here stay on the second floor cuz I booked two more nights on the nonsmoking floor and there was no shower curtain and roaches upon check out crawling on the bed. The second floor smoke pushes them to the first floor. Told the front desk lady with the blonde hair and she was hateful, didn’t apologize and we were only refunded one night when I’m sure there were roaches the first night!!!
