1st room bathroom was disgusting then the 2nd room had a squatter in it.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The whole hotel smells of Marijuana even including the non smoking room. The hotel advertised a fitness center but when we asked was told it was closed. We would have picked a different hotel if we would have known that. But the main issue is the lack of basic security. For one the elevator is overdue for inspection. And our hotel door the front door leading to our room would not shut properly. I was not able to shut it, my fiancée had to shut it for me. In order to shut it he bad to lift the entire door up and close it. This is a huge safety hazard. Not to mention them leaving the front door to the hotel unlocked without someone monitoring the front desk to see who comes and goes. I cannot tell you how uneasy it made me feel. Especially with the amout of sierens we heard each night of police chasing after cars. When we talked to the front desk they smiled and stated they are aware the door does not close well but they are getting it renovated. As a hotel you owe your guests the bare minimum of basic security. The other main issue was the cleanliness of the hotel and room itself. It was disgusting. Rusty nails sticking out by the toilet, holes that you can see daylight through by the AC, dust, cobwebs, dirty spots everywhere especially on the walls, ceiling and ceiling fan. I do not believe the room was properly cleaned before we checked in due us finding a sock on the floor which did not belong to us.

Smelt of cigarettes and cheap air freshener. Horrible smell. Could only stand being in room for 10 minutes. Checked out 20 minutes after checked in. Management & Expedia would not refund payment. Prepaid so we were screwed out of $$$$

Not clean. Stained sheets. Weed smell throughout.

I HAVE NEVER LEFT A HOTEL! My wife and I walked in our room at midnight and left after 5 minutes!!! Burn spots on bedding! Trash on the floor! Smelled terrible! Burned/chunk hole in night stand!! Black spot or cigarette ash on table....!!!! Never in a million years would I stay here! Lady at front desk was nice. Super Sketchy! Do NOT stay here!!! NEVER!!

The front desk lady actually asked for $100 cash deposit! No where did it say that! Then told me I have 30 minutes to decide if I’m staying! I was so tired my son and I went to the room. Well the lock was missing and room was so cold! The tub couldn’t hold water. We turned up the air then the humidity kicked in! Even our bodies got wet!! The floor was wet with humidity…everything was!! Do NOT book this hotel!

Staying here was so disgustin

The rooms are very musty smelling, used bars of soap in the showers. Large amounts of hair on the beds. One bed only had a sheet on it and no blanket. The staff there are kind especially the evening girl that checked us in. It seems it’s a hotel where some are fully living at the ones that do stay there are kind and don’t seem to bother anyone. The building is very outdated and needs some work and definitely a good deep clean.

They did have a hot breakfast but the coffee or juice machine didn’t work. When I went to check in I was 30 minutes early but they claimed not to have any rooms clean and when 3 came there was several of us and magically all the rooms were clean. The manager lady was outside with the housekeeping smoking weed and when it came time to check out several of us had to hunt them down.
