We stayed at the Hilton Charlotte Airport and enjoyed the experience. Although I was disappointed the front desk did not recognise our Diamond status on check in, the positives of the rest of our stay outweighed this underwhelming first impression. The family rooms are impressively large and extremely well equipped, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. They felt practical, spacious and ideal for travelling with others. The food and beverage staff throughout the hotel were consistently friendly and welcoming. The airport shuttle service was another strong point — frequent, easy to use and with a short ride to the terminal. The real highlight was the Executive Lounge. The service there was exceptional, particularly from Kayla, who provided a genuinely warm Southern welcome every morning and made guests feel truly valued. The level of personal service made a big difference and left a lasting positive impression. Overall, this is a solid hotel with excellent facilities, great staff and outstanding lounge service. We have tried several Hilton hotels at CLT but will readily make this our future ‘go-to’ .
