The bed was comfortable. The location was convenient.

I stayed 2 nights. My keys didn’t work after switching them twice, totally inconvenient. Then the bedroom window had no glass, you could just open it, we were on the 6th floor. Total safety hazard

The conference I attended was in the Hilton. The food in the restaurant exceeded my expectations. I was pleased that the staff gave me breakfast tickets even though I did not register with the group. I registered independently.

The bathroom in our guest room needed additional grab bars in the bathtub. The tub floor was uneven, which made me feel uncomfortable while showering. I have had a knee replacement, and uneven surfaces make me uneasy. Another grab bar would have been reassuring. While the front desk staff was friendly, I did not feel they provided individual attention, i.e., they seemed distracted. This could be because the front desk seemed understaffed when I checked in.

Very loud, in some degree of disrepair (leak from ceiling right when you walk in with a bucket on the floor set the tone for the stay), staff was somewhat abrupt at front desk. Alarm went off in the evening because of a burst pipe. Everyone was told to evacuate in the cold night. We had to wait for fire department. Nothing offered in exchange for this inconvenience and staff was not very informative during the process.
