A HUGE shout out to your continental breakfast person on staff on 9/4/2025 (Monica) Her attention to detail is above and beyond. As a corporation she is exactly what companies need, even though she may not be front and center her attitude and kindness goes a ling ways towards making a customer feel valued.

At various times I rode 3 of the 4 elevators and the whole time I was there, they were never swept out. Nobody likes looking at cigarettes butts and gum wrappers on the flour. Also, the ice machine on the 6th floor was out of order with a posted sign to use the ice machine on the 5th floor. When getting to the 5th floor there is no ice machine. It has been removed for repair. It's a big deal to me as I'm disabled. How hard can it be to put up correct signage.

Staff was great, rooms were spacious, perfect location

Location was ideal for concert at Rockey Arena Loved the vintageness of the hotel Parking valet was ideal

The room that we stayed in was okay, not the cleaniest room and the bathroom definitely needs some help. The plaster was falling off around the shower curtain rod and under the sink, the pipes were falling off and they had towels shoved in to cover up the holes.
