Loved the whole property. Colin in valet stood out for his service and friendliness. Also the front desk and general cleanliness stood out

I can't say enough great things about my experience with this hotel for a small (10 people) meeting over the course of 2 days. Ashlynn was so great to work with on all things booking! She had a high level of communication and quick turn around time on emails. Carson was incredible helping me with food and was accommodating to several odd requests our team had such as a birthday celebration. I will hands down be back for business trips and personal trips in the future!

Love staying here and will certainly stay again. The room was clean and pretty and the service was great. The front desk staff young woman was warm and friendly and answered all of my questions kindly, even providing helpful suggestions for local food and entertainment. Great stay! Thank you!

The young lady at the front desk Brianna or Brian, a white lady in her 20's with dark black hair was EXTREMELY nasty and very dismissive when I asked her to check-in at the desk AND when I asked her to check-in my teammate she snapped "I can do one thing at the time." After checking-in, 5 minutes later Brian or Brianna also proceeded to then interrupt a meeting I was having with my team to tell me I must pay $40 to valet my car now!! I believe her words"This is very serious, you must valet your car, NOW!!!" and she was extremely hostile towards me and my staff. Totally OTT, rude, dismissive and hostile! Then when I moved my car, the valet made me pull it around the block again. Awful front desk lady who has TREMENDOUS hatred in her heart for paying Marriott customers!!! Also the women in front of us, who was in Charleston on her bacholerette this Brianna or Brian (lady in her 20's/early 30s) at the front desk wouldn't let the bride for own her bachalorette check-in as the husband booked the room. The poor lady was so upset! HORRIBLE hotel experience, Outdated old rooms needs to be updated. Breakfast was basic and overpriced. $5 for a tiny yogurt cup and $10 for a cup of fruit!! (yogurt can be bought at Walgreens down the street for $1!). As a Marriott Bonvoy member, 1000% never staying here again and it all started with a VERY VERY NASTY lady at the front desk! Take my advice, STAY AWAY and WAY much better hotels for the same price point in downtown Charleston.

We utilized the valet parking to save the stress and hassle. Tristen and Christian were very helpful and had positive attitudes which made the final step of our stay perfect!

This hotel is perfect for your stay to explore everything you want to see in Charleston you can walk to all places that are must to see! Clean and huge rooms and friendly staff

We have had a wonderful experience with the hotel valets. Tristin Butler and Alex have been so friendly and helpful to us!! Alex brought our luggage to our room for Us and Tristin went out of his way to park our van and then Bring it to us in a fast manner. He gave us directions to the beach and Alex gave us a list of places to go to. They are amazing young men and were so good to us and made our trip so enjoyable!!! Thank you!!

My stay at the Courtyard was great, and the valet staff was amazing! During my stay I had the opportunity to work with Tristan B. He was friendly and very attentive.
