Elevator broken all weekend

There were no bugs, I’ll give kudos for that. WiFi was smooth.

The stains on the pillowcases, wrinkled sheets, and the presence of multiple strands of hair between the sheets, along with the sticky rug, all speak volumes about the lack of cleanliness in this establishment. The front-desk staff claimed that it’s just the front-desk employee responsible for everything. However, it’s evident that they need to hire someone to clean and change the sheets regularly. People are not stupid; we can easily tell when the previous sheets haven’t been cleaned. Oh, the elevator hasn’t worked for 6 weeks. Also, this establishment is located right off a busy construction - highway.

The Elevator wasn't working and they put Us on the Fourth Floor. Our commode wasn't flushing properly and had mat maintenance was called twice and he said that we weren't supposed to flush toilet paper and that what was causing the problem

The staff does not follow its policy and they just allowed any type of people from off the street to come and enjoy the amenities without paying!
