Easy check in and check out procedure. My incidental hold was only 20$ which was pretty cool to me. Breakfast was yummy and simple but keep in mind it is a hotel breakfast, not a 5 star restaurant. Area is secluded and quiet but close enough to freeway entrance. Room was clean and hotel was quiet! Would absolutely stay again!

"Nice suites with room to relax"

Employees were friendly. Free breakfast was good. Very quiet location. Nice to have a gym, albeit a small one. Suite was very spacious and the fireplace was a nice touch. Overall a nice stay in Charleston.

Not within walking distance to anything. The gym was small. The breakfast ended at 9:00 AM, which is a little early (although they didn't strictly enforce the cut-off time).

This stay was disappointing. Upon preparing for bed, the sheets had not been changed. When informing the front desk, they delivered replacement sheets which contained two bed bugs. Also, there were no garbage cans in sight and the TV did not work.
