Staff was friendly and accommodating. After the realization that my room was next to the patio with socializing guests right outside my window, the staff was able to move my room to a more private area of the hotel. Nice location 5 minutes outside the city center.

Room was clean but lacked some attention to detail. Crumbs scattered on the kitchen chairs, and some of the appliances on the counter appeared to be in need of a good wipe down. Had to search for the cleanest coffee cup in the cupboard. Some hairs left in the bathrooms. The bed and couch were worn and sunken in places. Windows were unlocked at arrival, leaving a solo traveler with an eerie feeling in a first-floor room. TVs seemed fairly out of date compared to most modern hotels- only had local cable stations available without the ability to log into personal streaming services. Breakfast surprisingly ended at 9, so that was a loss for a leisurely weekend. The view from the top of the hill was squandered with overgrown landscaping blocking the view.

The hotel is old, the Internet didn't work and what they charged me was different from what was shown in the reservation. This place looks like a hotel from the 90's, there were no streaming options (pure cable). My room had stains on the couch, one of the pictures that hung on the wall had cracks on the glass. If you are planning to stay one night and want a place really close to the airport, maybe this is the way to go, otherwise there are other options out there.

Didn't eat breakfast but it looked decent enough.

There was a rust spot in the bathtub, but that was it. And the food in the lobby is extremely expensive.

Staff is fantastic

All the staff that we encountered were awesome, very knowledgeable and kind. The breakfast was delicious and the room was very clean and comfortable. We got a very reasonable price for the stay especially given the wonderful accommodations.

Not a thing!

House keeping never brought any more coffee to the room for the 3 nights I stayed. The room was good except…..the toilets should be adult height not child height. I know it wasn’t labeled a handicap room but the higher toilets was all that was missing
