Combining two hotels for breakfast was an issue. Very small dining room, not room for guests to sit and eat. Food gone quickly and not replenished quickly. Need much larger dining area and serving area for two hotels worth of people.

Room was ok but could use updating. Bathroom floor didn’t look clean. Tub did not look good, I was not comfortable showering in it.

The staff were generally okay but some seemed more interested than others to be helpful. Check out was difficult because 4.30am was early we had to wait outside until a member of staff appeared to open the door to allow us to hand in our key cards. A post box outside would be useful!

The bathroom was appalling! The bath was old and tired, tape was in place to seal it but didn't do much and the anti-slip bath mat was glued to the bottom of the bath. There was mold in the corners and rust marks in places. The hand basin taps were restricted in some way and water didn't flow very well so took a long time to fill the sink if required - in fact the plug did not stop water escaping which was frustrating! The carpet outside the bathroom was permanently wet and got worse as our time went by so obviously there was a leak in there somewhere! Breakfast was included - but at the hotel next door. It was the usual typical US breakfast which is fine but at weekends it gets very busy and everything ran out one day by 0745am and it took forever for a staff member to arrive to replenish everything. As a regular US visitor it's sad to see that hotels seem to be neglecting basic maintenance issues and replacement of old and tired fixtures and fittings!

Everything proved to be fine

The location was convenient and close to the city, and the room itself was clean and quiet.

Our experience was not very good. There were no power adapters available for European-style chargers in the room, which caused us inconvenience. The receptionist made us wait for a long time during check-in. After check-out, we asked the receptionist to keep an eye on our luggage for a few hours, but he refused, saying that the hotel policy does not allow this. Because of that, we had to travel far with our luggage, which was very uncomfortable. We would kindly ask the hotel to reconsider and improve these services.
