Hotel Pentagon

La verdad que nos ha gustado si nos basamos en calidad precio, las camas eran muy cómodas, limpio y el personal que nos atendió fue muy amable, hablo hasta castellano y solucionó un problema que había creado booking. El desayuno bastante completo a lo mejor para gente refinada no le sirve pero sinceramente está bastante bien.

La verdad es que me gustó todo, cierto es que si que le falta una reforma, pero por el precio y ubicación está genial.

5 of us were booked for a suite, so they gave us two rooms next to each other. We were only allowed a door key for one door however as we were booked for one suite. Even though it wasn’t a suite, it was two individual rooms. Towels provided were not shower towels but rather hand towels, which is completely inappropriate for adults. We had to ask on numerous occasions for proper sized towels to use. There was a mouse in the wardrobe in one of the rooms.

It’s a perfect location to get to an early flight out of Reagan national. Plenty of free parking. Keurig coffee maker in the room. Friendly staff. No frills just a comfortable spot with typical basic amenities.

The location was on point, so convenient.

The room are in bad condition, bathroom ceiling broken, bathtub rusty, lamp's bulbs out, very small bath towels.

Location was good. Bus stop right out front to take you to Metro right into DC

RUN DOWN! Rooms dirty all along floor edges & behind furniture & beds. First room had terrible smelling carpets. Moved to 2nd building room with no carpet. Same not vacuumed behind furniture, shower curtain sour smelling, safes don’t work, and mice IN THE ROOM! Luckily we chased it & it ran under door into empty adjoining room. Told staff, very unconcerned! “ oh very sorry about that” Rooms were spacious, but this place needs to be CLEANED UP!!
