The position of the apartments was excellent in relation to having access to all of Kardamaina. Our room was clean, and the beds were super comfortable. The bathroom was very small but fine for us for the week. It is more of a wet room than a typical shower. Nice decent quality towels. The room was a good size. Had the essentials in it, including fridge, kettle (not the best), 2 cups and glasses, bedside cabinets, a dresser type desk with a mirror above and a chair. There was a wardrobe/cupboard/draws unit. Lovely cleaner lady arrived every day around 10am. Not being people to be up early when we are away this wasn't always what we wanted but we managed to hold her off for a short while if we needed to or just asked her to empty the bins that day. Our room had aircon (which is included). Once the windows and doors shut, we couldn't hear any noise outside. The windows also had a mesh screen to use if you wanted the balcony doors open to prevent the mosquitoes coming in which is a great idea.

The room seemed a bit tired and dated. The safe was just left in the wardrobe, not attached to anything, so certainly not safe to keep anything in there. The balcony is extremely small (have to sit sideways to use it) and no view if sitting down, so we didnt use it at all. Bedlinen was lovely and clean, but the top quilt looked worn out. The wardrobe, though functional, could do with some updating. Felt a bit disappointed overall with room quality for the price we paid.

Warm welcome, spacious room (6) with amazing dual aspect view and balconies. Fantastic location right on the beach and within close proximity of bars, restaurants, harbour, etc, with free sunbeds (if purchases made from Vrahos bar / restaurant). The room was kept spotlessly clean on a daily basis with regular changes of towels / bedding and the bed extremely comfortable. Very cheerful and friendly service provided. Our return flight was late in the day, and the team at Vrahos provided an alternative secure room with shower, immediately following checkout at 11.00, so we could enjoy our last day to the full, for which we were very grateful.

The location of this hotel is one of the best in Kardemena, being right on the beach with amazing views. However, what would have made for a perfect stay was if the beach area in front of the hotel was cleaned regularly as during the last few days of our stay, we noticed numerous cigarette butts in the sand, which is a shame as it's such a fantastic location.

Only a quick stay on route to Nisyros, but perfect for that. Staff excellent (and very responsive on message replies). Room excellent, right on sea front. Excellent venue for staying at Kardamena.

We stayed here for 1 night while transiting through Kardamaina/Kos. The staff were friendly and helped us organise a taxi to the airport for the next morning. The room was okay for 1 night. The mattress was comfortable.

Floor was not really clean, it had dust particles all over. The bathroom is really small and tight. Everything gets wet when you have a shower. The shampoo was watered down and smelt bad so we did not use it. One of the shampoos was half used. The airconditioner wasn't really cooling down the place even though the room is really small. It also switched off a couple of times while displaying some error codes. The bar next door to the hotel/rooms (Greg's Place) is really loud and noisy. There was karaoke there till 1AM-2AM and we did not get a good sleep. The music was extremely loud.

Very good location, super friendly and supportive staff, great beach service.

Just like the majority of the buildings in the city, quite old. Beware the Karaoke Bar next to it if you are travelling with children or if you want to go to bed early. Music stopps around 1 am. In overall this part/street of Kardamena is very lively.
