"Won’t be back!"

This was the worse Holiday Inn I have stayed at. The hot tub smelled like the zoo, there were not towels, breakfast was not free and it was the same free buffet that is available at all the other IHG locations I have stayed. My back is still messed up from the stay last night. It was awful!

I liked the pool set up, we really enjoyed that. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Had no issues with room tempatures

The parking was not ideal and the pool did not have towels the morning we went to sit in the hot tub and ended up having to go get some from the fitness center

"3SSB KC Tournament stay"

Booked this hotel for my AAU basketball team. Arrived and was warmly greeted by Angela and Kennedy. Angela took care of check-in quickly with a smile. Kennedy was accommodating to the parents that wanted to be on the same floor. They shared the rules for the student athletes that set reasonable guidelines. Breakfast was ready on time and was tasty. Thanks to Freda for steering my athletes to the right area and giving me the heads-up about the winter weather that was expected on Sunday afternoon!!!! I would definitely be back.
