The property is located in a perfect and safe place, in the heart of Ubud. The family managing the property is very sweet. Everything is easily accessible like cafés, groceries, spas, market etc. the crowd around is good. The outside of the properly was spacious with greenery and quiet though it was in the middle of the centre.

The inside of the room wasn’t matching anything to the pictures shown in the booking.com. The pictures in booking.com are misleading and entirely different. Also, the room wasn’t well maintained with lot of dust. The bathroom was dirty without proper shower. The wash basin tap was broken. Drinking water is not provided to the guests.

"Wouldn’t stay here again."

The only good thing about this hotel is the location.

There was no staff or reception area, no one around to ask any questions. The room didn’t feel clean and was not made up for the duration of my stay (4nights). Bathroom was horrible lots of leaking and smelt very bad. Overall the room just felt dirty

Nothing. This lady there was one of the rudest person who i ever met in my life. Im still waiting my money back, they cheat me! I canceled this booking before i moved in because they was really rude and agressive with me… and they still not answer and my money still gone. Horrible experience, please dont never ever go, really bad energy there!

The owner and family are super friendly, they made sure everyday that my stay there was good and comfortable. Location was good, staff are very kind and helpful. Prices are very good as well. Walking distance to main centre. Highly recommended.

The rooms could do with a bit of maintenance.

"Not value for money"

Location was great, so was breakfast

Toilet broken, cold showers for 3 days , no tea making facilities no soap! No communication with owner, no reception area. No value for money. I have been going to Bali for 20 years and have stayed in many places, they could improve this greatly with these simple things. We paid $49 a night expensive, no value for this amount.

The breakfast was great and the location!

Communication with the owner was poor on arrival, no soap no jug or tea making facilities no hot water for the three days I was there, even through I did speak every day with the staff, the owner did not respond.
