Only one elevator was working and the pool was closed 😞

This is a very tired hotel with a vision of getting better in the future, just not anytime soon. There were many many things that need to be fixed but it appears not to be a Hilton priority at the moment. Probably the best example is the situation with the elevators. The hotel has 3 public elevators but 2 have been out of order for the last 5 months (read reviews). You will wait for elevators unless you’re fortunate enough to get a low floor room (217, 317, 417) by the only stairs that empty into the hotel (rather than outside). Pool and hot tubs were closed, restaurant closed, and atrium furniture well past needing repair with lots of ripped and worn cushions and non existent padding on chairs. They did have the embassy suite reception but there was nothing to eat other than trail mix, chips and vegetables that looked like they came from the local food pantry. Obviously a hotel that is currently operating to maximize profits. But…the corner suite room was large, clean, very quiet, and they even had daily maid service (which was nice but since there is no operating service elevator ties up the single elevator during the day). You should get a good night sleep here but you will walk away with a different view of Hilton that you had when you arrived.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean, quiet

I am being careful not to compare this place to what Embassy Suites once was, as this is far from that great place. Only one of three elevators was operational, and the hot tub was closed. They said it was due to a "big renovation", but the situation was the same last year when I stayed there. One of three ice machines was not working. The bed is at least 12" too high. I am 6' high, and had to jump up to get into bed. And forget about sitting on it to get dressed! I had to run the water full-blast for 3-4 minutes to get any hot water. And be sure to add $25 per night for parking (per car if multiple). There are better values in the immediate area.

From reading previous reviews and experiencing firsthand, I can say this hotel will apologize for their inconvenience and still not seem to care enough to put effort towards fixing their issues. Staff: Responds quick, have had better(more polite) service Room: Smelled like cigarettes the first night Hotel: Easy Parking In/Out but far from the entrance. STILL one elevator working, so expect to be waiting because it was already filled up most of the time it reached your floor.

The person that checks us in, didn’t tell us how to to the room or that we need cards for breakfast in morning, I overheard someone asked for breakfast cards. but when I ask for the cards I was told they ran out and that we would not need it that We just needed to give the number if they requested the cards. Then in the morning the lady at the omelette bar ask for the card and I told her what the front counter said and she didn’t believe me. She gave me a weird look. I was very embarrassed. She didn’t even ask the people behind me for their passes for breakfast. I gave my room number and she ask me if I had the room key. Very awkward moment.

Could not find reservation

Did not have room or reservation, I even had a text message from the hotel saying I was good

Entire time there was only 1 elevator working, my husband had to wait over half an hour for an elevator with enough room to bring our stuff to the room. Nobody even tried working on elevators. We got to our room, there was a full garbage bin under bathroom sink, stains on the blankets, the tub would not drain so we would have to stand in freezing cold water up past our ankles while showering, and when it would drain an hour later the tub would be filled with other peoples hair. The pool was disgusting, no towels and no working hot tub. Never any room to order breakfast and guy working at the bar hates his life and everyone. And it’s $25 a day to park, no free breakfast. Never again.
