"Bad customer service"

Have stayed here multiple times. Stayed 2 nights, no fresh towels, no garbage taken, no fresh sheets. I questioned the front desk lady at checkout( older lady). She made excuse about our DO NOT DISTURB being on the door, which it wasn’t. She acted like she hated her job and was very snooty. I Wont EVER stay here again. The hotel is much dirtier and run down than before.

The second day, nobody replenished the towels, or took the trash out out of the room and no, we did not have the sign on the door.

They accepted pets

There was no remote in the room. I asked for one and they never brought it. There were people outside our room playing loud music after 11:00 pm and it took two calls to the front desk to have it taken care of
