"The employees made a fair stay for our sons funeral,I would some money to be honest"

we arrived at 1:30 in AM,no one was there and I had to reach out to the customer service number and after and hour someone finally got into room a bout 3:00AM in the morning and we where for my sons funeral and we we wasnt a pleasant start, and we where very tired and had to be at funeral home at 9:00AM,we are older and used to stay at HOLIDay inn all of the time. The HOLIDA INN needed alot of repairs.

The employees where very good and gave us great care while we stayed at hotel,our bathroom door did not close and needed fixed but we made do for our 3 days there please look into taking better care of that location. Thank you
