DO NOT STAY HERE. Mold every where, Broken furniture. TV not working. No towels. No safety lock on door.

There was NO breakfast there as was advertised in Booking.com. There is absolutely nothing about this place to like.

The room was NASTY! Furniture was all scratched up and beat. Walls, doors, mirrors and pictures has splatter spots of unidentifiable stuff all over them. The walls had damage and large areas of peeling off paint. Bathroom was super disgusting! Moldy shower curtain, paint peeling from walls and ceiling. Shower head and curtain rod full of rust, toilet paper holder broken and dirty, the tiles on the bathroom floor had many cracks and large areas of missing grout. Hair dryer and light over the sink are didn’t work. Under & behind the bed was covered in debris, food and dirt. The room was freezing and heater barely worked. The window wasn’t closed fully when we arrived but heater wasn’t efficient enough to heat the room. The bed was so disgusting with dirty sheets & blanket. We had a moon smoking room that reeked of cigarette smoke. The place was a disgusting dump filled with residents who clearly destroy the place. People were loud, banging and partying at 330 am. Did not feel safe there. Properly really should have 24 hour police presence. Board of health needs to shut the Flagship Inn & Suites down. Shame on Booking.com for advertising this business. Your standards as a business needs to be better!

Dirty, staff wouldn't give clean towels so I went and bought my own.
