Flagship Inn & Suites

The reservation office was located in one of the units and in complete disarray, apparently there had been a fire in a reservation office. Have checking in and going past many people sitting on their doorstep, vaping and smoking cigarettes and other things opened my room to find an odor and very dated accommodations. A smoke detector was on the desk with the battery lane to the side, the linoleum in the bathroom area was peeling and separating from the wall. Overall, I did not feel safe at this establishment, and I have stayed at some seedy places in my life, but this was the worst. I could not find a way to request a refund or other remediation, as I hit prepaid and the person who checked me in late Saturday night was not available

Dirty and disgusting

Horrible desk clerks rude as hell beds gross black mold in room only 1 light worked in whole room floors gross TV barely worked sign and online claimed free HBO wrong plus to top it all off it was hot and no ac or fan had one in room but looked like it caught fire no amenities at all 0 stars

The bed was comfortable

Abandoned cars in lot,cigarette butt's all over the place. This is some kind of live in motel. I was confused with the Inn and Suites in the name also continental breakfast there was none.

Not a good experience at all, the counter was unattended for starters. The room given to us was stinky with cigarette smoke, they moved us to another room on which the furniture was dilapidated and in need of replacement, the tv did not work. Once again, they moved us to another room with the same characteristics of the previous, they moved us once more. This time the tv was working and it had a jacuzzi of which the jets were not working. The furniture was also dilapidated. To top it all we were supposed to have continental breakfast included, but when I asked as to where would the breakfast would be serve, the manager told us that they don't serve breakfast anymore. I showed him the Flagship online brochure depicting the breakfast included add.I spoke to someone at booking.com and they said that they would contact the hotel to make some kind of discount,but no one call me back. I would not recommend this facility to my worst anemy.

The stay was a total disgrace room was in terrible shape tv didn’t work furniture falling apart walls and ceiling falling apart. This place should be ashamed to rent rooms in this condition

Is full of bed bugs rouches the mattress have blood on them it was terrible after hotel we went to hospital my man got one bite from a be bug

My toilet before I even used it was clogged full of you know. There was a roach. There was a dead roach and its insides all over the wall from someone who had previously stayed. There was a knife in the parking lot in a parking spot. For the price you pay its too be expected but do expect not the prettiest things.
