Our room had cockroaches so we left

Although there was no open front desk, I refused to check in as the facility looks like the doors had been kicked in in several rooms and were patched with plywood. Photo and rreviews on the ad are deceptive. Photos are of the place but taken maybe 30+ years ago. I am surprised that hotels.com doesn't check these places before allowing them onto their site.

Fire on property, half of the building unusable.

Terrible.

The Raddison Flagship Suite in Groton CT. is the worst hotel my wife and I have ever stayed at. It was partially burnt and unusable, it was filthy, mold was growing on the bathroom ceiling, several outlets inop, the walkway going to room 135 flexed like rotten wood, there was old rotten food in the cabinets, no hot water and last but WORST a hypodermic needle was laying on the entrance to our room. I would like a refund We didn’t even leave our stuff in the room The door didn't lock. I have some pictures

We did not stay there.The place had a fire and stunk, and it looked dirty.The owner said he wasn't going to charge us so we left.
