Filthy old and looked like a crack house nothing worked no breakfast

Dirty furniture too old Check in check out not convenient Room different from picture in the website No remote TV

Absolutely nothing it was disgusting , bugs in the bathroom, no smoke detector, very dirty, half the motel was burned up by a fire, I could not stay my second night it was so disgusting, call the manager and complained and he hung up on me. I want my money back that how bad it was

The location and availability

This is a get what you pay for place. We only booked because our original hotel cancelled our booking without notification. It was fine but definitely wouldn't stay here on purpose. It's dingy, run down, moldy and smelly. We did not encounter any bugs, and we searched top to bottom to ensure there weren't any. For a non-smoking room it smelled like a 1970's brothel. The parking lot has a bunch of abandoned vehicles. The neighbors we encountered seemed to be living here, but were quiet and respectful. There is no breakfast, nor would I have trusted the food if it was provided.

It took a while for the shower to hear up. The office is in one of the hotel rooms, and many times, he can not be reached to get checked in No coffee pot. No wifi

No microwave,no wifi, no coffee maker ,no towels in room received only two towels no breakfast as advertised. Roaches in room.

Nothing the place was there were so many issues I can’t even know where to start.

Everything it was not worth the money there was a fire there recently that nobody failed to let us know the bathroom was disgustingly dirty electrical hazards etc the room smelled like someone had been smoking there the furniture was filled with stains you could smell maruhana the parking lot was filled with nothing but cigarette butts looked like there were 2vehs like they were abandoned

I made a reservation called the next morning to make sure cuz I heard of their fire Commander said yes they had one room left I said are you sure cuz I'm going to cancel my other reservations yes come be here at 11:30 witnesses heard it we called the left closest $30 took her stuff get up there unload the lift the lift drives away and manages I have no room for you sorry I said what so you told me you said yes you had one of my sister he was I don't know I can't help you I said okay well I have to see it and figure this out now he said no you can't sit here you have 10 minutes that you have to leave very rude unprofessional then took the money out of my account for the stay but the reservation I had to fight to get it back didn't have to wait for these so because of their inconvenience it cost me an extra $90 by the time I got another room that was 60 over their price in the left was 30 cost me money very unprofessional

Everything her last I wrote above the experience was terrible even after I double checked about my reservation ended up costing me more money and the rudeness and everything was really bad for my understanding they had a fire with Santa didn't have one that's all they had to say since you take the money out of my account was crazy it cost me more money cuz I can't afford to hear that they are related to the Red roof inn in New London I've always stayed there and had a great wonderful day you should have made my reservation for there or they should have recommended to go there I was inconvenient my husband is very disabled your brother works you know my disability and I'll fix them everything holiday weekend too
